Nothig to describe here because this company have no any ethics and loyalty. Specially have no trust with employees. But there have very good investors support that's why there are utilize them mony and enjoining that too only upper level management. There can do so much supporting to the online business but don't have any supporting element at offline business.

Dislikes

No job secure, no management support, don't have a job culture. If you want to work over here you should be has a slave because there have no self respect and so much of internal politics with teme management. Speicaly HR's are just like a puppet, according to the remote control they can react so we can expect any support from thereend also. Totally useless person only can survival here simple has that !! Who's having knowledgeable and self respect they should through out to the system !! Actually this is not a proper marketing organization it's just like a puppet show placement eventhough they can required same aspects only....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
