Have been with the company for more that 4 years, handling all the pressures, only because the company will literally not give you time to up skill yourself in anything (forget having your personal time with friends and family, because even after 8 years we are still startup and we do not believe in work life balance and employee well-being) Ask the company about their perks, I can bet that they’ll mention a lot of learnings (because they literally do not have any perks at all) and learning are you being ready to take immense pressure 24*7, not doing or even able to think anything apart from work till the time you work here. The company thinks if they are paying you a penny amount, they own your life, they can scold you, taunt you, make fun of you for having any personal life, can call you at 11:30 pm if any 11 pm message is left unattended and takes a right of making your life hell.
