The work culture is quite toxic with immense pressure and office politics, no recognition of quality work done. No growth prospect, freshers are treated as revenue machines with no learning growth whatsoever, moreover in business operations department, there is an immense amount falsepitching and malpractice happens which include cold calling students from various universities, impersonating College staff a d forcing students to circulate lead generation forms and misusing the name of IIM Bangalore for certification to close sales.. the executives don't have an iota of professionalism when it comes to handling customers, the company's HR team is largely incompetent, not able to do one thing properly on time, the salaries and incentives are always delayed, no hope of conflict resolution as they can't do anything to TLs and Managers. The custome success team and product team are another failure as the app is plagued by glitches, technical issues which is a horrendous experience for students who after paying so much money hope to learn comfortably. And here comes the customer service who are incapable of resolving issues at time. The worst part of the company I feel is their mass recruitment drives in various colleges where they lure students by lucrative salary packages, only to realize they have to perform exceptionally well in order to earn that much, and not to mention the worthless experience of scamming people and mispitching. P.S the timings are absolutely horrible, which will force you to cut all personal relationship and stay in office beyond the mentioned time...Read More
