Poor infrastructure. Too much micromanaging. Work timings are strict. They have hire & fire rule. No business in the second month and they will put on PIP. Cannot talk to colleagues during office because the HR behaves like the owner as asks not to talk with each other. She doesn’t do anything expect from Friday parties and doesn’t even know how to make a salary slip. Very rude. Too Kuch politics. Can’t cut birthday cake because the other department gets angry. My Inbox Media is growing globally. there is a lot of scope for international exposure for an employee.I have been working in MIM for 7 months, the company has given me a great amount of knowledge and trainings for my growth. It has a good work life balance by giving 5 days working. It provides benefits like PF,Insurance and paid leaves.
