- Stories which are told when you are about to join. - First day always good and rosy.

No one took mine - And I heard some genuine feedbacks are put under carpet. - Employees treated as objects not humans - No clarity about work, abrupt tasks given with no head and tail and expectation is immediate delivery. - Salary and designation, no link. - Policies are a mockery. - No clarity about casual leaves/emergency leaves - If one takes leave and wants more then employee is asked to leave. - Notice period in probation - Again a joke - 3 months notice for permanent employee, however only only one month /zero if company asks to leave - What a joke (hope someone from HR fraternity raised this) - Company HR is also clueless....Read More
