I am not getting a culture company. Last 3years 11months I have seen around 35 officers resigning out of that only 3 officers got settlement from company. HR policy not so good for employee.

U will only find harassment, job insecurity, very bad behaviour, unprofessional talks, dirty politics & ruining system.... All r bad here... All Odisha senior staffs are highly corrupted. The very worst organisation, I have ever gone through.

I was looking after the sales, collection, outstanding, supply & stock for a particular district in Odisha, where at the time of my joining, the average sale was only 100mt/month.
