The flexibility is a huge plus, letting me schedule sessions around my life. But, like any job, it’s got its downsides. The company’s growing fast, and that’s cool, but the frequent changes in policies and procedures can be super frustrating. It’s like, one week we do it this way, and next week, it’s all different. Also, it’s a bummer that we don’t get reimbursements for additional expenses like internet costs or buying teaching materials. These out-of-pocket expenses can add up.
