During covid 19 all teaching staff working hard and their performance is very good and coming college from may . 100 percent salary is not given till dated

not good environment, specially toilet.no separate toilets for teachers and students. Old employee of Cse branch r not supportive with new teacher. Higher authority is not serious about COVID 19 . they r not stopping punching till 21 of march . I resign from MVN University just because they r not taking Covid19 seriously .

Local Management is very bad. Partiality is very common. No promotion. You must be ready to work for everything ranging from taking lectures to admissions, fee collection, placement. Only teachers will do everything

The ambience and infrastructure are good. Faculties are good but lack freedom to work.

In academic institution Students and Teachers are suppose to be the pillars and need to be satisfied first... All other staffs are supporting staffs. But in MVN pillars are dissatisfied and supporting staffs are satisfied.

Very good environment. to work. Very good students and discipline . Cultural program time to time. Rest is fine.

Only it is very far away from my home it takes total 5 hrs. in evening and morning. But good transport facility. They provide college bus.
