Absolutely third class company who dont even have proper HR team, most customers name listed in the website are no more a client. Many say this is a fraud company to land black money of an another company in its account.

This company is a whitewashing machine for all black money earned by another sister company that is into casino machine software.

The management sucks. The CEO is least bothered and vocally agrees to this as well. He leaves all decision to his henchmen, just so he doesn't have to get his hands dirty.

Confused Leadership, not sure what they want. Blame employee for decisions taken and executed by them. Biased employee presumption. Over-communication, but actual work and implementation is poor. Throw the ball and pass the blame policy. Leadership team believes itself to be SME in every subject and department. Lots of politics.
