very terrible people at the head office of micro finance. especially the hr department. no offer letter, no appointment letter, no id card. we are working without any official support. no job security. waste hr department staff honey vt & sreesha of micro finance

1.Hectic pressure from the Zonal Manager and Regional Manager. 2.High target with less salary. 3.Interst rates are very high comparing to other financial institutions. 4.No proper training form company side and once you resign within one year they will deduct Rs 15000 from salary. 5.Target was not on Gold loan,you need to do health insurance,home insurance, Vehicle insurance, Pan card,Gold buying schemes etc etc and N number of targets.
