The company is good ,iam achieving my target monthly, but RM sir is calling insurence loging ur branch, some time i have work extra 2-3 hours,gold testing is calculated 100% why beaucase iam goldsmith some gold items making me my father also making gold items.my salary is not hikes, iam asking lot of times to HR sir hike my salary no respond.

My point of view about the company. Good management (corporate office ) and providing service to employees.

I don't know which one I should mention but there is a lot. 1. Communication from high authorities (AM) and the way of themselves presenting. 2. Co-ordination and supporting. 3. Respect and Response to critical issues & situation. I do have more but considering of me leaving, that should cover it.
