Company policies are good. But mediator between company management and branches are too much below standard according to their appointment. Not capable to manage the things as required. Only looking their own interest instead of company interest. Selfish and own centered.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No mechanism to take care of customers as well as branch staff. Customers care number/ mail id are totally to make the system fool. No concessions in time at opening hours but the same rules are not bind at closing hours. Totally depends on area managers wish. In other words real owner of company is area/ regional manager.
