Horrible place to begin with. The principal has no sense of running the school. If you are appointed as a teacher, you are made to do airport drop and pick up duty at no extra pay. Even if the work you do is excellent, you are always made to feel inferior. Col. Ashok is the worst person to work with. With all due respect for his service to the nation, I am sorry to say that he is biased towards some of the staff members whose mistakes and faults, he very cleverly sweeps under the rug.
