Good working environment ,management provide all speciality and allowances the first jci accredited hospital in Oman, management very supportive hand flexible to all employee.

There was a friendly working environment.. . they give good accomodation, good salary. Etc

Staff recognition was poor on work basis, even i receive many appreciation from my patients, they usually go unnoticed by the superior
