The college offers a conducive environment to the employees and there is a lot of scope for work life balance.Most employees in Muscat College have put up more than 8 years service which is proof that there is job security in Muscat College.A multicultural environment exists in the college and the teammates exhibit mutual cooperation one to one.Employees are trained through workshops and are provided opportunities for professional development....Read More

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike in Muscat College.However,there is no differentiation when measuring the strengths of the employees and each one is measured with the same yardstick.No appreciation is extended and the strengths are not identified and exploited for the benefit of the organization.There is no scope for being assertive.There is no revision of salary for the last nine years.
