Your plans are secondary ! Your family is secondary if you join here If you ready to work for 16 hours straight without any plan for the day just to satisfy the management ego than your welcome here Japanese counterparts working in India will harass you to the core if you don't follow what they say. *Terrible work culture *Worst top management *For promotion you have to wait upto 4 yrs.After that you undergo written exam, group discussion and face to face interview but all questions are not related to your job,it's alike government exam. *If you work good and handled all by yourself, top management not able to call external source so they can't get any benifits from them, so they start torture you and not alert any work and makes you idle.Once you decided to avoid this politics and became idle, They complaint as "our team members not capable and not effective for do such big activity". After that they call their favourite external source and put you under to support them and finally they get benifit from them.At the end you will hate your job as hell. *All individual top management always collapse their own team and make the team incapable and ineffective to get benifit from external source. *Without reason you have to stay after working hours and the main concern is you don't have to do anything at extra hours....Read More
