Company having gud name in automobile industries

Dislikes

Nothing gud to talk about... No timely promotion from last 6 years.. No salary increment from last 7 years.. All engineering staff(managers and engineers) are working on same salary from last 7 years.. Also whole control is in one persons hands.. Day by day customer plan decreasing and job security and salary hike is just like a mith now here. Management is just listening the worker's demands as they having support of labour laws.. Engineers, senior engineers, Asst Managers working here are unable to give there 100% as all are working on an average of 4-6 lac CTC. While workers having above 8 lac. Things are getting worst day by day...Read More
