I have been working as Operation Supervisor for 5 years, it a great platform to me to learn new thing. It my first aboard job and i have seen lot of people with different experience which develop me a lot. And the working environment is relay great, such a clean terminal operation employs love to work.

Company should change the salary structure to different department, They have to make appraisal for employees those who performs in each year.
