Likes

More leaves than other NGOs. More benefits, like fixed monthly travelling allowances, Provident Fund, etc. The field staffs are wonderful people.

Dislikes

Lot of work pressure; No option for career growth, because they don't have any other post beyond the Coordinator level for most departments; Stressful work environment; Unnecessary HR policies that no other NGOs have - such as can't use headphones, etc.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
