It's okay to work for a very small period like 3-4 months when no job is at hand!

Dislikes

The company needs to explore things which is the main cause of high attrition rate of employees from bottom to top level. Needs to also understand to clear FNF dues of leaving employees amicably and generously. Needs to implement basic labour laws and guidelines

There was a lot of pressure when it came to work, with excessive interference from management. I noticed a biased treatment among employees, where a particular department received significant support from management, almost resembling an "industrial squad," while other departments were unnecessarily burdened with pressure. There wasa lack of independence in working and unnecessary censorship, which compromised the ethical standards. The morale of employees was purposefully downgraded, even for the smallest mistakes, and their self-esteem was not respected.
