I had my almost 1 year in Multiplast Polymer Pvt Ltd, i have share my experience like no job security, bad management, worst compensation reimbursement, no career growth, no stability in any team , any department. Always saw a new joining in every department after 1 year which create insecurity in job career. I never suggest to anyone can join Multiplast as i have serve notice period of 2 month but still they are confusing about my FnF and that was pending till now. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
