I worked hard for the company but mr rahul jaiswal was area head and paresh gupta was owner that time ditch me ....they are about money only.... they did not give my traveling expenses and incentives..................................... now rahul jaiswal is running a company named arc legum pvt limited.... And he did fraud in Gic company area punjab Punjab patiala.....so please aware of these type of persons.....good luck.......Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
