The only thing about the Company is the brand name and certain works. The holiday list is good.

Dislikes

No proper work culture. Unnecessary politics. Not a place to learn for law freshers. Only clerical work is provided and behavior of team seniors is pathetic. No growth as the scope of commodity market is very limited in India. No compensation benefits in the Legal team. The HOD is cunning and ruthless. No support from other seniors. Total group-ism is followed. Unnecessarily called on Saturdays even if there is no work just to show that people are even coming on Saturdays....Read More

Work Details

The only profile good in the legal team is the "Vetting of Contracts and Documentation". The litigation is messed up and nothing to learn apart from following up advocates. No drafting and no research is encouraged.
