Good professionalism. However, you must have to have humanity. The HR should judge everything from various angles. Not from any senior report or from any other angle.

Dislikes

The HR. They don't know how to treat a human. At my time it was only one man show i.e. the pro-vice chancellor in 2013. The chancellor was also not interfering him even though he could see something is wrong

Work Details

I was enjoying my work and was giving my best with lots of improvements made in the institution. But for my minor mistake (taking leave), I was misjudged by the higher authority.
