There is huge work pressure. Employees have to work on weekend too to complete their tasks and then also that is not appreciated by the leads. And also the working hours are like 9.30 am- 11pm (till a huge load of work is mandatorily completed and by giving them the completed work status). The leads here speaks very harshly. They terminate directly without any prior intimation without giving salary. Once the employee joins after 2-3 days , they release offer letter in which the employee have to give multiple signs which claims that whatever they do with the employee i.e termination without salary and many more is acceptable .
