There is job security and salary comes on time.

Dislikes

The bank has all old people working for the past 25-35 years. The average salary hike is 6% p.a. There is no work life balance. One has to sit daily at nights to complete work. If you tell the same to the management or HR, they wont take any action on the same as they support and glorify this culture themselves....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
