Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive. Management gives constructive criticism when it's needed and praise when it's due.
