I've been working in this company for more than two+ years.Great mentors who're humble, supportive and always available to discuss your ideas & offer valuable insights. Mtap offers a wonderful learning platform,allows you to shoulder multiple hats & experiment with your creative ideas.Great work culture , work-life balance,friendly co-works, transparent management.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
