Worst politics, No growth, Company doesn't stick on its word even after giving confirmation on email, work pressure, If you are sick and you will take 2 days of in one week than in other week you will not get off, No regional holiday they will call you by saying they will give Comp off + double pay but they will not give you anything, If they will take you picnic than also it will be just name of company they will give 2K for whole batch and rest of for food & each every think you have to pay worst, They will call you early but no extra pay for that,No logout on time they will ask to reduce your AHT i.e average handling time of calls....Read More
