Growth opportunities and the support given to an employee are good. I have been working as Project Manager for near to 2 years at this review and there was never a day I felt otherwise about MSR. Right from the HR staff to the senior management, everyone is cooperative and supportive.

Dislikes

Need to have some internal training or support for external training. Some company sponsored training programs would be supportive for personnel growth.

Work Details

Work as a Project Manager. Have a challenging job to manage the client, right from getting requirements to managing the team and their deliverables. With the support from right people it gets all the more easier and fun.

MSR IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a B graded small company with horrible management system. There is no fixed salary credit date. Terrible job security. No medical insurance. They do not deposit employee's PF on time. As per company's so called HR policy FnF amount is payable after 45 days from the last working day but they don't followtheir own rules & regulations. Ex-employees have to follow up with them thousand times then you can get your FnF amount after 1 year's of time. You will get very bad behavior from HR & operation manager. Very bad culture in terms of transparency. Tenure people from other departments including front desk admin and housekeeping think they are owners of the company.
