I worked in mspgcl at various power stations.Everywhere I find the good tem work.Staff is always aware about their responsibilities.As 25 to 40 % staff at higher level is recruited through direct recruitment,there are more chances for promotion and carrier growth for deserving candidates.. Salary is good but not comparable to NTPC..

Being process industry work pressure always remains high , whether someone is working in operation or maintainable.One has to attend the calls at any odd times.
