Teammates are supportive, Tata class edge for students, labs are well equipped, building structure is strong.
Dislikes
No Salary for month of May for 3 consecutive years. No increment..lot of unnecessary paperwork.
3 Late remarks with deduction of one day pay. continuous substitution... hardly any free period. Open days kept on govt.holidays. called on holidays sometimes. Made to wait for extra hours without compensation. Poor planning of events with many sudden changes. No tea for teachers. Teachers asked to pay for annual event. Fast food canteen.only one recess (long), No School bus or transport facility for teachers. 3 month notice period required for resignation. White sheet requires signatures of all concerned department heads before receiving salary along with a newly introduced white card which is to be signed by the principal n supervisor otherwise cheque will not be given. Salary is not deposited directly into bank account....Read More
