No defined rules and regulations for employees, Corrupt management. You will spoil your life if you join there. You will be mentally harassed each day. The head believes that this centre is his personal property. Though it is under Ministry of MSME and many may consider this is a Government job, but the fact is that it is worst that a private job even, it's not because of work load but because of unprofessional, self centered, irresponsible rude management. Moreover the officials is MSME ministry seems to be corrupt and don't even cares what trauma or harassment the employee is going through through the hands of head of these centres . It's better to sit ideal at home but never join such type of centre. These centres are only opened to fool public and to loot the money they got from world bank .
