I was a production supervisor. I used to monitor production process, inventory management, machine setting, solve machine related technical problems, use ERP on daily basis which is core for organisation. Manpower management was done by me.

Company work culture is tooo chill for some people like higher management and too bad for new joinee.

More internal politics as per management hierarchy. Worst place to work for new joiner. Complete partiality. No future growth in terms of money and future growth. No one cares about company growth, everyone is doing self growth by having outside extra money income source and doing company work as a part of leisure. Worst company canteen facility even stray dogs also don't eat.
