the growth is very damn slow and decision-making is very very damn slow and frequently worst which kills your career. The so-called top-brass at Germany are a show-off people not having maturity about Indian talent. Few are very narrow-minded and very selfish. I like the recent employee friendly changes made in the organization in terms of Employee benefits and employee friendly policies. Good Job security and good management oversight on day to day affairs without micromanagement.

I think HR can be a bit more flexible and listen to our concerns instead of having a one way vision. Global HR however is a bit more flexible though. I would also like to have a bit more flexibility regarding Working from home at anytime.
