Working with msc cruise lines for last 12 years I learn lot of european menu, company has good reputation all over the world..company loves thier employees and take good care of them.company pay good salary .only management of the company need to be improve.

Management are doing partiality and Human Resource managers are not helpful

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
