Once finished contract it’s take long period of time to get next contract so many crew members facing lot of problem in rescheduling once finished contract almost 1year waiting

Due to COVID-19🦠😷 msc crew dont have job Or other source to earn money, and there family are suffering from financial issue I hope msc will help to the crew for some basic salary. The crew who stay home from last one year. I wish that msc will support financial to our family issues. We all crew really love to be a part of msc family. Thank you so much.

Our MSC company should start pension who worked for than 10 years for the crew,job security is not so bad,mostly European management

Hiring process is very short, quick and fast. 3. Company has a great potential and great manpower that can lead with power and strength needed in the business.

I would address it as improvements: 1. Invest money in right manner in assets, people and resources. 2. Planning needs improvement and must improve communication with employees through Manning Agents, Managers and Corporates. 3. Use and through practice must be stopped (for employees).
