Until you finish 2-3 year you wont get full benefit for the employees in here. Even if your better at job you will be working in probation period up to 2 years, after 2 years only you will get job security here. I have worked there for 1.8 years and salary i was having was only 12k even i had 1 years of experience in billing beforethis job and you will only get 1 CL per month if you in probation period, No sick leave, No EL until 2 years. If any problem came up nobody in the admin come to help you, you will have to handle yourself. Even its a hospital and your employee inside you and your parents wont get health benefits other than ESI & Private insurance which you have to pay for the yearly wise yourself.
