No job timing , especially for men all time is a job time. No respect . If the employee is paid any set amount non in standard of minimum wage, no over time, job travel time also calculated and no matter job is available or not employee should be available in office all the time, and when job is available employee should be usable by employer 24/7 without set period or OT, Incremental guaranteed 3years once from 1000 ~2000 per month. Employee rights and human rights should be submitted in the enterence of the set parameters of job area. Unwanted meeting neither about topic of development , implement or increment just topic on local, center, international -politics, religion, caste, movies, etc on non-beneficial , non-profitable , meeting are held the same way minimum/day once to twice meeting duration 2~4 Hour's each session. Personal matter forced discussion in the meeting is the main highlights such as salary spend, day spend, family, religion. Cultured conversation is non existent form employer to employee. Employee is mandatory to reply for all the non- answerable or non- understandable questions from employer. Not possible to learn as much as other company from same catagory. No peace of mind is possible after joining this company
