I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company they will make all false and fake promises so that you join once you go for joining they will ask you to sign all types of contracts and clauses which suit them with no say of yours, they hire and fire at will HR is worst department you resign or they terminate they won't fulfill any of their commitments no notice period pay no salaries paid for the working days won't deposit the tds with IT department worst company.
