Good for local people whose income may be secondary to family. They supported for 3 months in covid. Later I have to wait and see.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
