Overall organisation is good also, provide good facility with updated machines and software, also they provide with complimentary breakfast and evening snacks, very flexible to take leaves.

Dislikes

Growth ratio is very slow with expected late appraisals, Work life balance is hell also expected to work on weekends or late night is like a cup of tea, Poor management not in term of facilities but in terms work culture,

As per my personal experience, the company culture is very average. The seniors scream their lungs out which can be heard outside the cabin. For whole six months, they didn't even assigned me a place. I used to sit wherever an employee was absent on that particular day which made me fel t like I wasn't even a part of the organization.
