Management's level of engagement appeared to be directly correlated with an employee's compensation package, which created a sense of disparity within the team. The company's culture seemed to reward sycophantic behavior rather than merit. Great team work and seniors are very welcoming and helping you. Will get lot to learn and time to learn by yourself to. If want to start a career with MRI Software, go for it. I have best experience till now.

Due to low market in 2023 salary hike was not much but the salary hike has not big gap.

I love the work culture we have where everyone is appreciated regardless of there position and role based on there performance. You can reflections of your feedback at the end of the year in terms of policy changes and improvements based on yearly employee feedback survey.

Dislikes

I cannot see anything as of now. May be need to make hybrid model bit more flexible for those who commute from different city. Otherwise all good.
