Likes

Good for starting you career, but look for opportunities after 1 year. Toxic work culture. You will regret everyday of you life for working in MRF.

Dislikes

MRF is all about sales, they don't even care whether how someone will do it. It has to be done, Targets must be achieved even if it cost you your life also. TSS is responsible for every bad performance of DO. And if something good happens it's the efforts of senior and their handling of TSS.

Work Details

Pathetic. I even forgot I have a family. 24/7 MRF, senior ask you about your sunday activities, you should complete reports on Sunday. And make you feel guilty for not doing it on Sunday.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
