Work life balance is very poor. Too many bosses for one guy Too much report with no use or productivity Head office has full authority. Boss is always right. Most of the ideas are not welcomed. When someone gives new idea or information, he will be screwed by bosses. Leave taking will be a herculean task(company is not the problem, bosses are the problem "not all bosses in my experience"
