Likes

The Company has inhouse internal audit department and i am part of plant internal audit. It is very difficult to maintain personal life balance as the work is 90% travel. Scope of learning is great.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Full of travel. Minimum 23 days in a month is travel. Difficult to maintain personal touch with near and dear one during this job

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
