Sam Varghese is the office manager in jodhpur,he is the one of the corrupt person,he sells the tyres to the distributors at a cheaper rates,due he is a Christian,no one has taken any action on him.MRF is a pure Cristian dominated company.

You can learn only if you have own interest. It’s all new plants are fully automated and hi- tech machines are available.

Work-culture is very bad. No work life balance like you have to come in 1st shift and work till end of general shift ( maximum times). Nobody will be there to support you even if you are fresher. They don’t give you accommodation and the plant is very far from the city area so, you need to travel 1 hour distance every day. So, it’s is like daily 11-12 hours working.
