1) No individual appreciation 2) No performance count donkey & horse running in same chariot. 3) Company don't need your valuable ideas, company run by 70s-80s age group who don't think about technology and don't want automation 4) Even today company wants paper work instead of Email/cloud etc. 5) Field sustenance is less compare toall competitions. 6) Work time is not fix everything is urgent on daily basis. 7) Currently company have no current vision to 'How to grow' 8) Company dont have incentive program...Read More
