It's a horrible experience with MRF LTD especially Ankenpally plant management and incharges are ruthless and sometimes they use filthy language, no work ethics and they always try to put you in work more than your work time, don't pay any rupee for over time. No work life balance. If you want to work with MRF APL you should work like a person who born for company.

This review is only about Ankenpally Plant. Its good in the sense you don't need any pre requisite skills while joining. Everything needs to be learnt then and there. You may be a Bsc holder but maybe doing what a btech holder is doing. There is no need to worry about salary and travel as both will be on time. You can have good friendship inside company. You will be respected by workman. There is a bachelor party and and family outing once in a year. Due to popularity of the company, you will get good alliances and dowry. After getting inside the plant it feels you are cut off from the rest of the world and feels like entering into a jail. Once inside the plant there will be nothing and nobody to make you feel better. HODs and incharges behave as of you are not fit for anything. You may be humiliated repeatedly told you are waste fellow and will be compared with others in worst possible manner. They will shout even if it's their mistake. After all this if you think you can relax in canteen you are welcomed with tasteless food made only with purpose of filling your appetite so that you can go back to work quickly. They spent crores and crores of money for nothing but can't spare a few thousands for making people happy through food. After all this misery once you reach home after the shift, they will call you and screw you again even while you sleep after night shift. Talking about HR, there is nothing good to talk about. HR consists of a group of amateurs who have zero interest in staff welfare. They will conduct some yearly programs for name sake. There is no scope for complaints for anything to HR. I think they are still living in 1980s considering their HR policy. Its certain that life is tough inside a 24×7 manufacturing plant. But the plant management is making your life as worst as possible by poor planning and way of working. The plant is a state of art. But poor owners doesn't know that people who are involved are cheating them. They have put a blanket on all the problems and shows the owners that everything is perfect inside.
