Over all not a good company for people who prefer work life balance.

Company HR hardy care for staff. Staff employees are made to work extended hours with out any payment or leave. You need to work 4.30 hours extra to avail comp.off. but staff is made to work 4 hours extra so that no compoff can be availed. Hr is very keen observing if staff is 1 min late to enter . But does not care even if we are working for additional 4 hours with out any benefits give, how unjust and unhuman. There is nothing good for employees. 1. Broken system 2. They expect to work like a dog without giving any support. Your office may not be having water, light or even computers to do your job. But if you ask any of this- You will get abuse. 3. They have more bureaucracy than any government in this universe! Nobody trust each other 4. I haven't seen anyone saying we are happy working here. I am not talking about working in HO(Chennai), If you get a job in HO(Chennai) you should definitely take it. 5. They refuse to work smarter but always believe in Hard-stupid work! I am not lying, you will laugh when you see how old the system is. 6. Working with MRF is like driving a old ambassador (without any maintenance) 7. Don't be smart at work, you probably have to do all the job in the office. 8. Payment is very less, No increment. Most brutal thing about your payment is your basis salary is lowest in the industry. Job security is poor, As i talk to my all batch mates who are posting in different different cities they all are saying and i also feel that campany policies are good but not following in every branches. Also work culture is not good here. Not good at management because they promate Seniors like managers according to their working knowedge not focusing on leadership skills.
